Task 1 essays over the past year

Maps and process diagrams used to be rare. Our analysis of IELTS exams is that a map or a process diagram question (or both) come up at least once a month these days. Bars, graphs and tables are the same as in the past, but pie charts are less frequent. Multiple chart type questions (such as a pie and a table or a bar and a graph) are also becoming more common.
